Delicious, healthy cuisine is a trademark of Coyote Catering; however, bringing
a welcome change from standard catering is not all we do. We prepare the best
of fresh food for our customers every day: Sandwiches, Salads, Cocktail Food and Party Platters. 

Since August 2002, Coyote Catering has been making a name for itself in Canberra and the region with its delicious, healthy, southwest American-style cuisine. Although there is a slightly Aussie twist, Coyote Catering's menu has taken a step away from the usual 'modern Australian' and serves food that is jazzy and fresh, fast and fabulous. Don't believe us? Come and try it for
yourself: our cuisine is served up each weekday at Coyote Café and Bar at
220 Northbourne Avenue.

Our menus can be as traditional as you like - but our experience and customers will tell you that once you have a wrap, you'll never go back. We use a variety
of fresh fillings and we spice our wraps up with our own sauces, chutneys and mustards and serve hot wraps with delicious dipping sauces.

new recipes, new flavours.

We emphasise that the menus we design are suggestions only - Coyote Catering is more than happy to tailor a menu to specifically meet a client's requirements and budget.

Indeed, Jason and his team's formidable culinary knowledge, combined with
their innate understanding of what people enjoy eating, means they can help clients design menus to match their event and budget. Suggestions are based on what's fresh, what's in season, whether it's an outdoor event or a formal
sit-down dinner.

Jason credits the success of his business to his hand-picked team and the originality and quality of the food provided. Every palate can be catered for: meat and veg virtuosos, light meal lovers, sandwich-ers and wrap-ers. Coyote Catering is also one of the few catering companies to offer a full gluten-free menu, which features blue corn savoury pancakes, Coyote chicken salad and corn and chicken tostadoes with fire-roasted tomatoes. You can also order morning tea, or meet vegetarian requirements with meat-free wraps and specialties such as cumin butter braised mushrooms with candied balsamic glaze or corn crutons with refried vegetable escabeche.

Eight-course degustation menus are great for special occasions, whilst the range of quesadillas, tortilla rings and tomato messa complement any function, from a private dinner to an end-of-year office party.
