All Catering Equipment items listed here may be requested on the Order Form when you place a Menu Order.

Glasses

• Champagne Flute:  $1.50 each (per day)
• 8oz Wine Glass Universal Wine Glass:  $1.50 each (per day)
• Whiskey Glass 7oz - Small Rock Glass: $1.30 each(per day)  (perfect for juices and spirit drinks)
• Margarita Glass 7oz: $1.80 each (per day)

Frozen Margarita Party Machine

• Hire Fee : $200 per day
• Includes 8 litres Strawberry Frozen Margarita mix (does not include alcohol).
  Additional mix available upon request (charges will apply)
• ‘How to make a great Margarita’ instructions also provided (Tequila, Vodka etc)

Note : The Party Machine can also be used as a Non-Alcoholic Slushy Machine… Perfect for Kids Parties!

Crockery

• Side Plates 22.5 cm :  $1 each (per day) Note: other sizes available on request
• Cup & Saucer : $1.80 per set (per day)

Disposable Package (plastic cup, plate, knife, fork & spoon) $2 per person

Trestle Table (Rectangular) @$36.00 per table (per day)

Table Cloths

• Regular Table Cloth : $23.50 per cloth (per day)
• Trestle Table Cloth : $35 per cloth (per day)

Chairs

$9 each (per day)

Hire Terms for Equipment

• All Equipment Hire will incur a Delivery and Pick-up charge.
• Equipment Deliveries on a Sunday or Public Holiday will incur a 20% surcharge.
• Equipment must be clean and in full working order upon return.
• A Replacement or Repair fee will be imposed for Broken or Lost (not returned) equipment.
• Late returns will be charged at the standard per day hire rate.
