This for everyone that has contact with this unique team from management to cooks services line and drivers etc.
We are company of 180 staff and deal with a lot of high profiling government bodies.
Your well get nothing less from this team but, warmth friendly happy attitude  and a genuine  willingness to be of any kind of help.
The team is flexible in all aspects of the word catering from a weeks notice to an hour or two notices.
The feed back for our clients are that there is always enough, for most of our clients are men, food being fresh and tasty and a fantastic virility of foods for every pallet.
We have some clients that take away the Coyote Catering business cards for the own work place.

However,  I feel I should be the one sending you wine as you and your staff are always so accommodating and you take the stress out of the process for me.  Nothing is ever too hard for you or the staff and I really appreciate the amount of times you have saved me at the last minute!  Thanks again!

Also, do you mind sending me a list of cakes available through Coyote Catering, as I have been purchasing from the Cheesecake Shop or making them myself, so for days that I dont have the time I'd love to just add that on to our delivery order.

(BTW - last Friday's catering was a success and the GM has advised it will be a monthly do, so you can thank the guys for the extra effort of pulling that together with only hours notice!)
